Welcome to Caesars Superdome, Saints Fans!

We've worked closely with local & state officials, Ochsner Health and ASM Global to develop a comprehensive health and safety plan, which is outlined below. Please read this page in its entirety to ensure you're ready for game day.

Champions Square

Champions Square

Champions Square will open 3 hours prior to kick off and entertainment will conclude 45 minutes before kickoff. Concessions and merchandise sales in Champions Square will be cashless. There will be a Customer Service location in Champions Square where fans can exchange cash for debit cards if needed.

Due to the ongoing renovation, Champions Square will only be available to ticketed guests. You will now be screened, and your tickets scanned at our two Champions Square entrances (LaSalle St. by Dave Dixon Dr. or Sugar Bowl Dr.) on the street level.

Once you enter Champions Square, you are now in the action and are able to navigate the full exterior of the Caesars Superdome, 360°. As a reminder, gates at the Caesars Superdome will continue to open 2 hours before kickoff and re-entry will not be permitted once you enter through the Champions Square entrances.

Mobile Parking and Tickets

Mobile Parking and Tickets

The Saints have shifted to 100% mobile tickets and parking passes. This will create a safer and more convenient experience for our fans. Your mobile ticket will also provide you with your personal Game Plan detailing where to enter and exit the building based on your seat location.

Prior to coming to the game, we ask that you open your Saints app or SeatGeek app and download your tickets and parking passes at home as you'll need it to present your parking pass or tickets on your mobile phone to enter a parking garage or stadium. Please read our “Mobile 101” tutorial for detailed instructions. Loading your tickets and passes before you leave will save you time and eliminate any risk of potential slow download speeds once you arrive.

Please make sure your tickets are pulled up on your phone prior to entering the security screening check point. Each ticket can be displayed on an individual phone or all tickets in your group may be presented on one mobile phone.

If you need assistance with your tickets upon arrival at the stadium, please visit the Box Office located outside Gate A ground or one of our auxiliary ticket resolution locations near all ticket scanning locations.

Doors will open 2 hours prior to kickoff for all patrons. All patrons will be subject to security screening and ticket scanning upon entry to the security checkpoints in our new extended perimeter. New this season will be the addition of new security checkpoints and the outdoor plaza concourse. Because of this new outdoor plaza, security checkpoints will be setup at new various entry points to screen fans. These checkpoints will be clearly marked and significant wayfinding signage will be in place to help guide you through this new procedure. Security checkpoints are located at: Gate A exterior ramps, Garage 1 corner ramp, Gate C at the top of the Champions Square steps, Garage 2 corner ramp, Gate E at the top of the stairs from Girod Street, Garage 5 corner ramp, Gate G at the top of the garage stairs, and Garage 6 corner ramp.

To ensure a smooth entry, open your mobile ticket to view your entry gate and scroll down to see your personal Game Plan including a map to your seats. This will be the fastest way to your seat, reduce your wait time, and ensure everyone gets to their seat before kickoff. As a reminder, be sure to pull up you ticket before you head downtown.   Information on how to most efficiently exit the stadium is also included in your Game Plan.

PLEASE USE THE EXTERIOR PLAZA TO CIRCUMNAVIGATE THE BUILDING AND ENTER ONLY AT THE GATE NOTED ON YOUR TICKET. This information, along with a map, is included on your mobile ticket as part of your personal Game Plan.

Vertical Transportation

The interior ramps at Gates C and G have been removed in order to prepare for future upgrades to our entryways and concourses. Interior ramps at Gates A and E are available to travel from the 100 level to the 500 level. For a more seamless entry and exit on gameday, open your mobile ticket and scroll to your personalized Game Plan designed to get you to your seats from outside the building and out the stadium at the end of the game. PLEASE ENTER ONLY AT THE GATE NOTED ON YOUR TICKET. Please follow the signs directing you to the stairway or escalator closest to your entry gate in order to access the upper levels and make sure you don't miss any of the action!
