The Caesars Superdome is home to the New Orleans Saints, one of the most exciting NFL teams in the nation. This A-Z guide was developed to provide you with the information you need to have a safe and enjoyable game day experience. If you don't find what you're looking for in this guide, you may visit Guest Services booths around the stadium or you can contact a Saints ticket representative at (504) 731-1700.

Accessible Drop-Off/Pick-Up Area

There is an accessible and convenient drop-off/pick-up area located on the north side of Caesars Superdome on Poydras Street and the Taxi Cab Lane, providing direct access to Gate A Ground, our dedicated ADA entrance.

Address Change

To protect accounts, any change of address must be submitted to the New Orleans Saints Ticket Office in writing and signed by the holder of the season ticket account. Any change of address on business accounts must be submitted on company stationery and signed by the appropriate company official. Please include the account number and daytime telephone number.

Alcoholic Beverages

Fans 21 years of age and older may only purchase two (2) alcoholic beverages per person per transaction. Serving sizes may not exceed 25 ounces for beer, 6 ounces for wine, and 2 ounces for distilled spirits. All alcohol sales will be discontinued at the end of the third quarter.

Animals/Service Animals

Animals are prohibited in the Caesars Superdome, except for service animals assisting ADA patrons. All service animals outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed access to the Caesars Superdome. A link for the approved service animals can be found here.

Audio Amplification

Auxiliary hearing devices (phonic ear) receiving a direct FM audio feed from the P.A. system are available to hearing-impaired patrons. These devices are available through the Guest Relations Center located Gate F Plaza Level. A valid driver's license or state I.D. is required to check out the device. Please contact the event coordinator for assistance.

Bag Policy

The New Orleans Saints strongly encourage fans not to bring any type of bags; however, outlined below is what is permissible. Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into Caesars Superdome:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.

Banners and Signs

As a rule, banners are prohibited for most events. Banners may be allowed, at the discretion of the New Orleans Saints, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • Banners cannot be in poor taste or offensive
  • Banners cannot obstruct the view of any patron/fan
  • Banners cannot obstruct any stadium signage or other necessary markings
  • Banners cannot present a safety hazard
  • Banners of a commercial nature are not permitted without specific permission of the stadium management or the event producer (New Orleans Saints)
  • Banners do not mock or criticize either team
  • Banners do not violate NFL policies
  • The New Orleans Saints and the Caesars Superdome reserve the right to remove any signs or banners on game day.

Box Office Operations

Gate A Ground Level Box Office will be used to service box office and ticketing needs. It is now located on the west side of the gate! This location will open 3 hours prior to kickoff and will close at the start of halftime.

The New Orleans Saints will also have five (5) ticket resolution locations located along the extended perimeter at LaSalle St. Entrance to Champions Square, Sugar Bowl Dr. Entrance to Champions Square, and Gates A, E & G. These locations will be open 2 hours prior to kickoff and will close at the start of halftime.

Please note that Will Call will be located at the Gate A Ground Box Office location only.

Camera/Video Equipment

For New Orleans Saints games, hand-held cameras are permitted for non-commercial use. Camera lenses cannot exceed 6 inches. Video cameras are prohibited by league rules.

Cashless Concessions and Merchandise

The Caesars Superdome is a cashless operation including all concessions, merchandise, and parking. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations within Caesars Superdome. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Android Pay along with contactless EMV are acceptable forms of payment inside the Caesars Superdome.

Guests may convert their cash to a Visa Card by at the following Guest Service locations throughout the Stadium:

  • Champions Square: Opening Act
  • Outdoor Plaza: Gates B, D, F, and H Box Offices
  • 100 Plaza Level: Gates A, C & G
  • 200 Loge Level: Gates A, C, E, & G
  • 500 Terrace Level: Gates A, C & G

Visa Cards are sold in $25 and $50 denominations and can be used at ANY POS location in the building including merchandise. Any remaining balance on the debit card can be used at locations anywhere debit payments are accepted.

Caesars Superdome - Arrival

Doors will open 2 hours prior to kickoff for all patrons. All patrons will be subject to security screening and ticket scanning upon entry to the security checkpoints in our new extended perimeter. New this season will be the addition of new security checkpoints and the outdoor plaza concourse. Because of this new outdoor plaza, security checkpoints will be setup at new various entry points to screen fans. These checkpoints will be clearly marked and significant wayfinding signage will be in place to help guide you through this new procedure. Security checkpoints are located at: LaSalle St. Entrance to Champions Square, Sugar Bowl Dr. Entrance to Champions Square, Gate A exterior ramps, Garage 1 corner ramp, Garage 2 corner ramp, Gate E at the top of the stairs from Girod Street, Garage 5 corner ramp, Gate G at the top of the garage stairs, and Garage 6 corner ramp.

To ensure a smooth entry, open your mobile ticket to view your entry gate and scroll down to see your personal Game Plan including a map to your seats. This will be the fastest way to your seat, reduce your wait time, and ensure everyone gets to their seat before kickoff. As a reminder, be sure to pull up you ticket before you head downtown. Information on how to most efficiently exit the stadium is also included in your Game Plan.

PLEASE USE THE EXTERIOR PLAZA TO CIRCUMNAVIGATE THE BUILDING AND ENTER ONLY AT THE GATE NOTED ON YOUR TICKET. This information, along with a map, is included on your mobile ticket as part of your personal Game Plan.

Champions Square

Champions Square will open 3 hours prior to kick off and entertainment will conclude 45 minutes before kickoff. Concessions and merchandise sales in Champions Square will be cashless. There will be a Customer Service location in Champions Square where fans can exchange cash for debit cards if needed.

Due to the ongoing renovation, Champions Square will only be available to ticketed guests. You will now be screened, and your tickets scanned at our two Champions Square entrances (LaSalle St. by Dave Dixon Dr. or Sugar Bowl Dr.) on the street level.

Once you enter Champions Square, you are now in the action and are able to navigate the full exterior of the Caesars Superdome, 360°. As a reminder, gates at the Caesars Superdome will continue to open 2 hours before kickoff and re-entry will not be permitted once you enter through the Champions Square entrances.

Chevron Bike Zone

New this season, the Saints and Chevron are offering FREE, convenient, and protected bike parking across the street from Champions Square in Parking Lot 3 on Dave Dixon Drive. Children Ticket Policy

Children under 2 years of age do not require a ticket for admission. However, in order for a child to have his or her own seat, a ticket is required.

Club Lounges

The Caesars Superdome has three (3) Club Lounges located on the Ground Level: Caesars Rewards Legacy Club, Crown Royal Signature Club, and Mercedes-Benz End Zone Club.

The Caesars Superdome also has two (2) Club Lounges located on the Loge Level: Iberville Club Lounge and St. Charles Club Lounge.

Bienville and St. Charles Club Lounges

Due to ongoing renovations at the Caesars Superdome and to make way for new atrium spaces and bigger and better sideline clubs (coming in 2023), the Bienville Club Lounge and the St. Charles Club Lounge have been temporarily relocated to the north side of the outdoor plaza concourse. The new Bienville Club Lounge will be located near Gate B and the St. Charles Club Lounge will be located near Gate H. Both club rooms will be open 2 hours prior to kickoff, through one hour post-game.

All club ticket holders will have the same access and similar amenities in these new club rooms as they have had before, such as premium food and beverage, TVs, premium restrooms, and more.

The new club rooms are easily accessible for club guests and will be located near their previous locations. Click here to view a map of where your club is located.

As a reminder, new club lounges coming in 2023 will feature a much larger footprint updated seating, lounge spaces, and a dedicated entry gate!

Companion Seating

Due to limited availability, one companion in an adjacent seat may accompany each persons with disabilities. In some sections, the companion seat may be a folding chair to accommodate that particular location. For more information on companion seating, please visit our Guests with Disabilities page.

Complaints

We strive to make sure all fans have a safe and enjoyable environment to watch the game. If a patron wishes to report negative behavior or file a different complaint, please go to a Guest Services Kiosk or send a text to 69050 with the keyword NOLA followed by the issue and location.

Concessions

Sodexo Live! provides the food services at the Caesars Superdome. They have teamed up with local and national brands to bring a variety of choices to patrons. Concessions are conveniently located throughout the stadium on the Plaza, Loge, and Terrace Levels. Click Here for Locations. Sodexo provides all catering exclusively in-house. Outside food and beverages of any kind may not be brought into the Caesars Superdome.

New to the Caesars Superdome this year will be our outdoor plaza concourse, giving you the opportunity to access more food and beverage options and to avoid the lines inside. As a reminder, the Caesars Superdome is a cashless operation, only credit or debit cards will be accepted.

Designated Driver

The New Orleans Saints and Bud Light have teamed up to create the "Good Sport Designated Driver Program." If a patron needs assistance or would like to volunteer as a designated driver and receive a complimentary soft drink, they may go to any Guest Services Location on the Plaza, Loge, or Terrace level to sign up or receive assistance.

Caesars Superdome is located at 1500 Sugar Bowl Drive, New Orleans, LA 70112. Below are directions to the five major garages for game day.

Garage 1 Directions

East:
  • Take I-10 West to Caesars Superdome Exit, turn right on Cleveland Ave., turn right on Claiborne Ave., turn right on Poydras St. (away from Caesars Superdome), take U-turn (towards Caesars Superdome) on Poydras St., (merge to right lane) turn right on Clara St., turn left on Sugar Bowl Dr., follow traffic police direction to garage.
  • Eastbound Poydras St: right lane only can turn right on Clara St., turn left on Sugar Bowl Dr., and follow traffic police direction into garage.
  • Eastbound Poydras St: middle and left lanes proceed to Loyola Ave., turn right on Loyola Ave., and turn right on Girod St., follow traffic police direction to garage.
West:
  • Take I-10 East to the Poydras St. Exit, (merge to right lane) turn right on Clara St., turn left on Sugar Bowl Dr., follow traffic police direction to garage.
South:
  • Take Bus. 90/Westbank Expressway to Mississippi River Bridge, Exit at Camp St., proceed to Poydras St., turn left on Poydras St., take Poydras St. westbound past Superdome/Claiborne Ave., take U-turn (back towards Caesars Superdome) on Poydras St., (merge to right lane) turn right on Clara St., turn left on Sugar Bowl Dr., follow traffic police direction to garage.

Garage 2 Directions

East:
  • Take I-10 West to Superdome Exit, turn right on Cleveland Ave., turn right on Claiborne Ave., turn right on Poydras St. (away from Caesars Superdome), take U-turn (towards Caesars Superdome) on Poydras St., turn right on Loyola Ave., turn right on Girod St., follow traffic police direction to garage.
West:
  • Take I-10 East, upon approaching Caesars Superdome stay in the middle lanes and follow 90/Superdome signage to the Superdome Exit, turn right on Dave Dixon Dr./Girod St., follow traffic police direction to garage.
South:
  • Take Bus. 90/Westbank Expressway to Mississippi River Bridge, Exit at O'Keefe Ave., turn left on Julia St., turn right on Loyola Ave., turn left on Girod St., follow traffic police direction to garage.

Garage 6 Directions

East:

Take I-10 West to Superdome Exit, turn right on Cleveland Ave., turn right on Claiborne Ave., turn right to Poydras St. (away from Caesars Superdome), take U-turn (towards Caesars Superdome) on Poydras St., (merge to right lane) turn right on Clara St., turn right on Sugar Bowl Dr., follow traffic police direction to garage.

Eastbound Poydras St.: right lane only can turn right on Clara St., turn right on Sugar Bowl Dr., follow traffic police direction into garage.

Eastbound Poydras St.: middle and left lanes proceed to Loyola Ave., turn right on Loyola Ave., and turn right on Girod St., follow traffic police direction to garage.

West:

Take I-10 East, upon approaching Caesars Superdome stay in the middle lanes of traffic and follow 90/Superdome signage to the Superdome Exit, turn left on W. Stadium Dr., follow traffic police direction to garage.

South:

Take Bus. 90/Westbank Expressway to Mississippi River Bridge, Exit at Camp St., proceed to Poydras St., turn left on Poydras St., take Poydras St. westbound past Superdome/Claiborne Ave., take U-turn (back towards Caesars Superdome) on Poydras St., (merge to right lane) turn right on Clara St., turn right on Sugar Bowl Dr., follow traffic police direction to garage.

Champions Garage Directions

East:
  • Take I-10 West to Exit 235B (Canal Street/Superdome), turn right onto Cleveland Avenue, turn right onto Elk Place (Elk Pl. becomes Loyola Ave.), turn right on Girod St., follow traffic police direction to garage.
West:
  • Take I-10 East, upon approaching Caesars Superdome stay in the middle lanes and follow 90/Superdome signage to the Superdome Exit, turn right on Dave Dixon Dr./Girod St., turn right on Magnolia St., left on Howard Ave., left on LeRouge St., right on Dave Dixon Dr./Girod St. and follow traffic police direction to garage.
South:
  • Take Bus. 90/Westbank Expressway to Mississippi River Bridge, exit at O'Keefe Ave., turn left on Girod St., follow traffic police direction to garage.

Elevators

There are thirteen (13) passenger elevators conveniently located throughout the Superdome. Elevators are located in close proximity to the entry doors at Gates A, C, G & E. Public elevators are prioritized for persons with disabilities.

Be aware that certain elevators can be held at any time to transport coaches, media, & team executives. Elevators will be held exclusively for ADA patrons from the 2 minutes warning until 15 minutes following the conclusion of the game except for Elevators 7, 7A, and 8 (Coaches, Press, and Saints Executives).

It is highly recommended that the stairs be utilized for vertical transportation when possible.

Emergency Exits

In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and WALK to the nearest exits, located at several points throughout the building. Please refer to the Caesars Superdome map for exact locations.

Escalators

Escalators are located at Plaza Level Gates A, C, E, and G for Caesars Superdome patrons. All escalators access the Plaza, Loge, Suite, and Terrace Levels.

  • Gate A Escalators also access the Ground and Mezzanine Levels.
  • Gates A and E escalators access the Plaza to the 300 Suite Level and Terrace Level.
  • Gates C and G Terrace Level access the Plaza to the 600A Level.

Fan Code of Conduct

The National Football League, Saints, and the managers and staff of ASM Global are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all fans, both in the stadium and in the parking lot. We want all fans attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. When attending a game, there is a no-tolerance policy for the following behaviors:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
  • Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
  • Failing to follow instructions of Law Enforcement, Guest Services, and Security Personnel
  • Verbal or physical harassment of all fans
  • Unreasonably obstructing the view of other patrons
  • Offensive language or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person's race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault
  • Any conduct deemed inappropriate or dangerous to fans, participants or team members
  • Conduct that results in damage to the stadium or other personal property

Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats. Stadium staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests, and other fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event patrons and guests who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and potential loss of ticket privileges for future games.

Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will result in the revocation of parking privileges.

Fan Health Promise

All ticketholders must agree that neither they, nor any of their guests, will attend the game if they have tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days prior to the game, or any of the following is true on the game date:

  • Within the prior 10 days, they have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or are subject to a federal or local travel or quarantine advisory due to COVID-19;
  • Within the prior 48 hours, they have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., fever of 100.4⁰F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking, muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or any other symptoms identified by the CDC) (anyone who is fully vaccinated but experiences any of the above symptoms within 48 hours before the game should nevertheless consult a healthcare provider and get tested for COVID-19 before attending).

COVID-19 WARNING:

YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL FACILITY POLICIES, INCLUDING HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES, AND POSTED INSTRUCTIONS WHILE IN THE FACILITY AND ON FACILITY GROUNDS.

First Aid Locations

Acadian Ambulance is the designated medical and ambulance provider for the Caesars Superdome and the New Orleans Saints. All medical personnel are equipped with proper PPE.

The locations for First Aid are as follows:

  • Plaza Level at Section 135 - (504) 587-8919
  • Loge Level at Section 271 - (504) 587-8929
  • Terrace Level at Section 524 - (504) 587-8958
  • Terrace Level at Section 535 - (504) 587-8959

If you are in the stadium and begin to feel ill, you should find help immediately. The stadium's onsite medical team will be fully prepared to treat you and provide you with personal protective equipment (PPE), if necessary. If you feel ill at any point before leaving or on your way to the stadium, we ask that you please be a good teammate and stay home.

Gate Opening

Gates open three (3) hours prior to kickoff for those in suites – Field, 300-Level and 400-Level. Suite patrons may only enter at Gate A Ground at this time.

Gates open two (2) hours prior to kickoff for all ticket holders. All gates for the Caesars Superdome are used at this time.

Guest Services Desk

The Caesars Superdome and New Orleans Saints are committed to providing a first-class experience for all guests. The Guest Services Center is located at Gate F Plaza Level. Guest Services Desks can be found at the following locations:

  • Gates A, C, E, & G on the Plaza Level
  • Gates A, C, E & G on the Loge & 300 Suite Levels
  • Gates C & G on the 400 Suite Level
  • Gates A, C, E & G on the 500 Terrace Level
  • Gates C & G on the 600A Terrace Level

Guests with Disabilities Information (ADA)

Caesars Superdome provides accommodations for persons with disabilities. For more information, please visit our Guests with Disabilities page or contact the Saints Box Office at 504-731-1700. Please note that accessible seating accommodations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Persons with disabilities may pick up an elevator pass for themselves and one guest at the Saints Ticket Office at Gate A on the Ground Level. This pass allows access to elevators closest to Gate A Ground Level (Elevator 1 and Elevator 9).

Health and Safety Updates

Touch free hand sanitizer locations will be abundantly available throughout the stadium near concession locations, entrances to restrooms, walkways into seating sections, restrooms and guest services locations.

To ensure a safe environment for fans, all team and stadium personnel will follow the below protocols when interacting with fans:

  • Will exercise good hand hygiene at all times.
  • Be courteous at all times and strive to keep conversations short.
  • When working in an area that includes high touch points, ensure this area is regularly tended to with disinfectants.

These locations include the following:

  • Charging stations
  • Concession stands/condiment areas
  • Door Handles
  • Guest Services desk
  • Escalator Rails
  • Elevator Buttons
  • Restrooms

Team Members at the main Guest Services Center and concourse kiosks will be provided hand sanitizer and gloves for handling tickets and lost and found items as well as disinfectant wipes to maintain cleanliness of the workspaces.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found items may be turned in at any Guest Services Desk on any level or may be brought to the Guest Relations Center, located at Gate F Plaza Level. After the event has concluded, guests can also inquire about lost items by filling out the Lost and Found Form here. Once a lost and found form is submitted, please allow one (1) business day for a response. Guests will only receive an email if the missing item is found.

Lost Children or Companions

In an effort to decrease the possibility of separation, all parents are encouraged to sign up their children for the "If Lost Program" at the Guest Relations Center at Gate F on the 100 Level. After enrolling, children will receive a wristband which is to contain the full name and phone number of the child's parent or guardian. This information is to help assist staff in reuniting the children with their parent(s) or guardian(s). Children who become separated will be escorted to the Guest Relations Center at Gate F by a Team Member. Please proceed here to be reunited.

Medical Bag Entrances

Medical bags may enter through any ticketed gate.

Exterior Concourse – open 3 hours prior to kickoff and will close after kickoff

Fans will also have the ability to order merchandise through the New Orleans Saints Mobile App for in stadium pick-up. This process provides the most convenient shopping experience for fans to purchase their favorite gear without or missing a minute of the action! These pick-up locations are:

  • Loge Level – Kiosks at Gates A & E
  • Terrace Level – Kiosks at Gates C & G

Mobile Parking and Ticketing

The Saints have shifted to 100% mobile tickets and parking passes. This will create a safer and more convenient experience for our fans. Your mobile ticket will also provide you with your personal Game Plan detailing where to enter and exit the building based on your seat location.

Prior to coming to the game, we ask that you open your Saints app or SeatGeek app and download your tickets and parking passes at home as you'll need it to present your parking pass or tickets on your mobile phone to enter a parking garage or stadium. Please read our "Mobile 101" tutorial for detailed instructions. Loading your tickets and passes before you leave will save you time and eliminate any risk of potential slow download speeds once you arrive.

Please make sure your tickets are pulled up on your phone prior to entering the security screening check point. Each ticket can be displayed on an individual phone or all tickets in your group may be presented on one mobile phone.

If you need assistance with your tickets upon arrival at the stadium, please visit the Box Office located outside Gate A ground or one of our auxiliary ticket resolution locations near all ticket scanning locations.

Nursing Mothers Stations

Rooms for nursing mothers can be found at the following locations in the Caesars Superdome:

  • Ground Level – Mercedes-Benz End Zone Club
  • Plaza Level – Section 150
  • Loge Level – Section 332 and Section 340
  • Terrace Level – Section 635

Outdoor Plaza Concourse

We are bringing the party outside! New to this season will be the addition of our outdoor plaza concourse. With the ongoing construction inside the Caesars Superdome, you are now able to navigate the full exterior of the Caesars Superdome, 360°, and move freely in and out of the stadium to avoid the more narrow inside concourses as a result of our ongoing renovation. Additional food and beverage, restrooms and other amenities have also been stationed on the Outdoor Plaza Concourse for your convenience.

One reminder – once you clear security, have your ticket scanned and enter the outdoor plaza concourse, there is no re-entry.

Parking Information

There are a limited number of parking spots in all the five (5) main garages (Garage 1, 2, 5, 6, and Champions Square) that are available for Season Ticket Holders only.

  • Garage 1A, Lot 3 and Champions Garage are available for purchase on a first come-first served basis on Saints game days.
  • ADA Parking is located in ADA East and West Parking Lots (located on Sugar Bowl Drive) and on Level 1 of Garage 1A.

Parking R.V.s/Buses/Limos

Parking for RVs, buses, and limos is available in Lot 3 on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Patron Conduct

ASM Global Management and Staff are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all. Any conduct detrimental to the safe and proper operation of an event such as, but not limited to, abusive language, threats, assault, vandalism, theft and all other inappropriate actions will result in immediate eviction from the premises or arrest and prosecution as appropriate. Patrons are encouraged to report all such behavior to any Caesars Superdome team member.

The following behaviors or activities are causes for eviction from Caesars Superdome:

  • Failing to comply with stadium policies
  • Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type
  • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items
  • Inappropriate or offensive attire
  • Public intoxication
  • Entering or attempting to enter any restricted areas
  • Fighting or instigating a physical or verbal altercation
  • Verbally abusing, threatening, or intimidating other patrons or building employees
  • Throwing objects of any type
  • Possession of stolen or counterfeit tickets
  • Possession of any unauthorized banners or signs
  • Attempted resale of tickets
  • Offensive language or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person's race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.

Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by Building Management will also result in eviction.

  • Banners (large or in poor taste)

  • Containers of any kind

  • Laser pointers
  • Noisemakers
  • Outside food and drink
  • Poles
  • Projectiles
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Sticks, bats, poles, clubs
  • Stickers
  • Video and audio recording devices

  • Any other item(s) deemed unacceptable by Saints and Building Management

If any prohibited items are revealed during a search, the patron(s) will be permitted to return to their vehicle with the item(s), or they can dispose of the item(s). The Caesars Superdome will not store any personal belongings or items of any type.

Ramps

Due to the Caesars Superdome renovations, changes have been made to the ramp system. The ramps at Gate C are no longer available for patron vertical transportation and the ramps at Gate G are ONLY available from the 100 to the 200 levels.

However, the below ramps are available for patron vertical transportation that have access from the 100-level to the 500-terrace level:

  • Gate A
  • Gate E

Relocations

The Saints and Caesars Superdome strive to make all games inclusive for all patrons. To accommodate those patrons in wheelchairs or limited mobility patrons without the specific ticket for such seats, their ticket, along with a companion ticket, may be exchanged for the proper seating area at the Saints Box Office located at Gate A Ground on the north side of the stadium prior to entering the stadium.

**These seats are limited in number and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Re-Entry Policy

A patron may not leave Caesars Superdome expecting to gain re-admittance.

Restrooms

The Caesars Superdome has 74 women's restrooms, 74 men's restrooms, and 10 family restrooms conveniently located throughout the stadium. Disabled facilities are provided at all restrooms.

Saints 50/50 Raffle

Saints 50/50 Raffle tickets can be purchased online at https://www.neworleanssaints.com/community/5050 or via the Saints Mobile App. For each home game, half of the net proceeds collected from the raffle will benefit a designated charitable organization or cause, while one lucky fan will win the remaining half of those proceeds. Ticket prices are: 3 for $5, 10 for 10 for $10, or 80 for $20.

Scalping

Louisiana state law prohibits the resale of event tickets at higher than resale value. Additionally, the New Orleans City ordinances prohibit any unauthorized sales in downtown New Orleans. This includes the sale of tickets on Caesars Superdome property by anyone other than the New Orleans Saints or Caesars Superdome. These rules will be enforced for the protection of fans from the sale of stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise illegal tickets.

Sensory Bags and Locations

During Saints games, guests may check out Kulture City Sensory Bags at no cost to utilize fidget toys, weighted lap pads, noise-canceling headphones, and other resources during the event. Sensory bags are located at the Guest Service Center located at Gate F Plaza Level, Iberville Club Lounge – Glass Room 1, and Claiborne Club Lounge – Glass Room 1. Please be advised you will need a Photo I.D. to check out a sensory bag.

Smoking Policy

Designated smoking gates located exterior of the plaza level will be eliminated for the 2022 New Orleans Saints season.

Solicitation

The distribution of promotional items, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures and autographs, is not permitted on Caesars Superdome property without prior, written authorization from Venue Management.

Stairs

Eight (8) stairwells have been added to Caesars Superdome and will be serves as a primary mode of vertical transportation for fans. It is highly recommended that the stairs be utilized for vertical transportation when possible. The stairs are located at the following locations around Caesars Superdome:

  • Gate B
  • Gate D
  • Gate F
  • Gate H

All "A" stairwells will take you to the following locations: 100 Level, Loge Club Lounges, 400 Suite Level and Terrace Level.

All "B" stairwells will take you to the following locations: 100 Level, Club Lounge Concourse, 300 Suite Level, 400 Suite Level and Terrace Level.

Tickets for ADA Patrons

Should a season ticket holder require accessible seating for a particular game, accommodations may be made prior to that game, subject to availability. The season ticket holder of record must contact the Saints ticket office to arrange for relocation into wheelchair and companion seating. Be advised advance notice is recommended to better service specific requests. Non-season ticket holder requests that are eligible for fulfillment can be done on game day, subject to availability. Vertical Transportation

The interior ramps at Gates C and G have been removed in order to prepare for future upgrades to our entryways and concourses. Interior ramps at Gates A and E are available to travel from the 100 level to the 500 level. For a more seamless entry and exit on gameday, open your mobile ticket and scroll to your personalized Game Plan designed to get you to your seats from outside the building and out the stadium at the end of the game. PLEASE ENTER ONLY AT THE GATE NOTED ON YOUR TICKET. Please follow the signs directing you to the stairway or escalator closest to your entry gate in order to access the upper levels and make sure you don't miss any of the action!

Visually Impaired and Hearing Impaired Seating

Seats are made available for hearing and visually impaired patrons in close proximity to the playing area. These seats are held from the general public sales allotment. Patrons requesting an interpreter must do so 30 days prior to the event and are subject to the approval of the team. Wheelchairs

The Caesars Superdome has a limited supply of wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. A government issued identification is required to check out a wheelchair. Wheelchairs may be checked out at the Guest Relations Center located at Gate F Plaza Level.

The Caesars Superdome does provide escort personnel for patrons using wheelchairs inside the stadium. Electronic wheelchair recharging is available for units with duplex outlet plugs.
